Bone-in or Boneless Prime Rib
Place the beef on a rack in a pan and set aside.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Roast for 12 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and cook for 18-20 minutes per pound. When the internal temperature reaches 135-140 degrees the meat is done. Remove the roast from the oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes
