World Famous Rare Roast Recipe
Perfect rare roast beef every time if you follow the instructions exactly
Preheat oven to 500 degrees, season roast (as desired)
Cook for 5 Min. per pound, Do not exceed 30 min at 500 degrees, Do not open oven door
Turn oven to warm, do not open oven door.
Let your roast sit for at least 2 hours.
You can enjoy your roast anytime, now or later, and it will always be rare, juicy, and tender. (Just leave the oven on warm)
For guests that prefer medium , place their slices on a hot cookie sheet under the broiler for 3 Min.
